Question 1

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create an account from the sign-up page, connect a WhatsApp number from the Devices page by scanning the QR code, then fill in your business details on the Business Profile page so the bot knows what to answer. It starts replying right after.

Question 2

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The free trial starts as soon as you create your account, with no payment details.

Question 3

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Connecting a number takes a minute. Filling in your business details and products takes 10–30 minutes depending on your store size — and you can speed that up with the conversational setup assistant or by importing all your products from a file at once.

Question 4

Do I need any coding experience?

Accepted Answer

None at all. Everything is done through the interface: connect, fill in, switch on. You never write a line of code.

Question 5

How many numbers can I connect?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. The number allowed per plan is shown on the Plans page.

Question 6

Do I need a separate WhatsApp number?

Accepted Answer

A dedicated business number is recommended over your personal one — it keeps your private chats separate from customers and protects your personal number.

Question 7

How do I connect a WhatsApp number?

Accepted Answer

From the Devices page click "Add device", then on your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan the code shown. You can also link with a numeric code instead of scanning.

Question 8

Does my phone need to stay online?

Accepted Answer

Not constantly, but it must connect to the internet from time to time. If it stays offline for a long period, WhatsApp ends the link and you will need to scan again.

Question 9

Why did my device disconnect?

Accepted Answer

Common causes: the phone was offline for a long time, the link was removed manually from your phone, or a restriction from WhatsApp. Each number's status is shown on the Devices page with a retry button.

Question 10

Will WhatsApp ban my number?

Accepted Answer

A ban is WhatsApp's decision alone and nobody can guarantee or rule it out. But the platform genuinely reduces the risk: a delay between every message instead of bulk blasting, a daily cap per number, sending where your number shows “online” and “typing…” like a person, warnings before a campaign launches, an automatic stop on consecutive failures or when messages aren't arriving, a campaign lock after a probable restriction with a gradual recovery, a warm-up tool for new numbers, and an opt-out line in bulk messages (on by default) that reduces complaints. The single biggest cause of bans is recipient complaints — so only message people who know you.

Question 11

What is warm-up and when do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Warm-up raises a new number's activity gradually instead of starting with a sudden heavy send — which is exactly the pattern protection systems look for. It is especially useful for new numbers or ones unused for a while.

Question 12

Is there an official link through Meta?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Official WhatsApp is an add-on to your plan, the Business plan includes one official number, and there is a free trial once per account. You link your number from the Devices page through Meta's window, and the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on your phone. Details are on the Official WhatsApp page.

Question 13

How is the official link different from QR linking?

Accepted Answer

Official gives you interactive buttons in bot replies, Meta-approved message templates for campaigns and order notices, and a link that does not drop with your phone. QR linking offers groups, statuses and number checks, and can be linked as a «library» on the same official number for those features.

Question 14

Who pays Meta's message fees?

Accepted Answer

Meta charges for template messages, and the fees are paid to Meta directly from your account there through WhatsApp Manager, not as part of your subscription with us.

Question 15

Can I reply manually?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any moment. If you reply from the WhatsApp app on your phone, the bot stops on that conversation automatically so it does not talk over you. Replying from the Inbox does not pause it, so pause that conversation first, for a set time or permanently.

Question 16

How do I enable smart replies?

Accepted Answer

From the Devices page open the bot settings for a number and choose the mode. Modes are: fully off, fixed rules only, AI only, or a mix of both.

Question 17

What is the difference between auto-replies and smart replies?

Accepted Answer

Auto-replies are fixed rules: a specific keyword arrives → a specific reply goes out. Useful for literal answers like opening hours. Smart replies understand the customer's question however it is phrased and answer from your business information in your dialect. Using both together works best.

Question 18

Are smart replies included in my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no extra fees and no external account for you to set up. The monthly message limit in your plan governs usage.

Question 19

Does the bot understand Arabic dialects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It understands Modern Standard Arabic and common dialects, and replies in the dialect you choose for your store so it sounds close to your customer.

Question 20

Does the bot remember the earlier conversation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it reads the context of your conversation with that same customer before answering, so nobody has to repeat themselves.

Question 21

What if the bot does not know the answer?

Accepted Answer

It does not invent one. It is explicitly instructed never to make up policies, timeframes or features you do not have — it says it is not certain and offers to hand the customer over to you. You can also define the words that hand a conversation to you immediately.

Question 22

Does the bot send product photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes on WhatsApp. If you uploaded a photo for a product and the customer asks what it looks like, it sends the photo with the reply.

Question 23

How do I stop the bot for one customer?

Accepted Answer

From the Inbox choose to pause that conversation — either for a period you set, until you resume it, or permanently for that number. It also pauses automatically when you reply to the customer from the WhatsApp app on your phone.

Question 24

How does the bot know my products?

Accepted Answer

From the Business Profile page you enter your products with names, prices, descriptions and photos. The clearer the description, the more accurate its answers.

Question 25

I have hundreds of products — must I enter them by hand?

Accepted Answer

No. You can import them all at once from a spreadsheet file, or sync them automatically if you connect your online store.

Question 26

Does the bot search my whole catalogue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It picks whatever fits the customer's question by meaning rather than exact word matching, so it is not limited to the first products in your list.

Question 27

How do I make the bot reply in my own style?

Accepted Answer

From the "Conversation examples" tab you write real messages you received along with your own reply. The bot learns your style from them and imitates it instead of sounding robotic.

Question 28

Can I feed it from a page on my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, add a link to a policy or guide page and it reads the text and answers from it. Text pages are read; pages whose content only appears after interactive loading may not be — use a plain text page instead or paste the content directly.

Question 29

What is the "bot strength" indicator?

Accepted Answer

It shows how much of the important information you have completed. The higher it is, the fewer questions the bot fails to answer.

Question 30

Can I see what the bot knows?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Business Profile page has a button that shows you a summary of what the bot knows about your store, as it will use it when replying.

Question 31

Does the platform support Instagram?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You connect a business Instagram account, its direct messages arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp, and the bot replies to them automatically.

Question 32

What account type is required?

Accepted Answer

A business or creator Instagram account linked to a page. A regular personal account does not support messaging through apps.

Question 33

Are Instagram replies the same as WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Same substance and same source of information, but replies are shorter to suit direct messages. Sending product photos is currently available on WhatsApp only.

Question 34

How do I disconnect the account?

Accepted Answer

From the Instagram page click "Disconnect", and the connection data is deleted immediately.

Question 35

What do I gain by connecting my store?

Accepted Answer

It syncs your products and prices automatically so you do not enter them manually, lets the bot answer order-status questions, sends your customers WhatsApp notifications for their orders and status updates, and surfaces abandoned carts.

Question 36

Will it replace products I entered manually?

Accepted Answer

No. Syncing adds and updates your store products and leaves everything you entered manually untouched.

Question 37

What is an abandoned cart and how does it help me?

Accepted Answer

A customer added products but did not complete the purchase. The platform shows you those carts and lets you send a WhatsApp reminder with wording you write, to one customer or a whole batch.

Question 38

Are reminders sent automatically?

Accepted Answer

Not unless you switch that on. And when you do, it respects what you configured: the interval between reminders, the allowed hours, and your number's daily cap — and it automatically skips anyone who opted out or already completed their purchase.

Question 39

What happens when I disconnect the store?

Accepted Answer

Syncing, order notifications and cart reminders stop, and the products imported from the store are removed from your catalog together with the sales and delivery settings you added. Products you entered manually stay.

Question 40

How do I send a bulk campaign?

Accepted Answer

From the Campaigns page create a campaign, choose the sending number, the message text and the recipient list (which can be uploaded from a file), then send now or set a later time.

Question 41

What delay should I use between messages?

Accepted Answer

The platform enforces a minimum gap automatically and never allows bulk blasting no matter what you set. A longer gap lowers the risk further, and we recommend starting with small batches before scaling up.

Question 42

Can I schedule a campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you set the date and time and it starts automatically. And if its time arrives while the platform is down for any reason, it starts as soon as service resumes — nothing is lost.

Question 43

What if the number disconnects mid-campaign?

Accepted Answer

The campaign pauses automatically and you get a notification, and everyone who has not yet received the message is preserved. On resume it continues from where it stopped without messaging anyone twice.

Question 44

Can I personalise the message per recipient?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In any campaign, put {{name}} and it becomes each recipient's name, with {{phone}} and {{date}} too. Abandoned-cart campaigns also build each message from that customer's cart data (their name, the amount, the checkout link).

Question 45

How does a customer stop receiving messages?

Accepted Answer

They reply with the stop word and are automatically excluded from all later bulk sending, campaigns and reminders alike. The opt-out line is mandatory in cart reminders; in campaigns you choose to add it, and we recommend keeping it because it protects your number from complaints.

Question 46

How do I see campaign results?

Accepted Answer

Campaign details show how many were sent, failed and remain, and the Reports page gives you the wider picture.

Question 47

Can my staff use the account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You invite each staff member by email and they get a separate login that works inside your workspace — no sharing your password.

Question 48

Do I control what each staff member sees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, granular permissions per person — you choose the pages and capabilities allowed, so a support agent cannot reach campaigns or settings, for example.

Question 49

Do staff messages count against my quota?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all sending inside your workspace counts against your subscription quota.

Question 50

How do I revoke a staff member's access?

Accepted Answer

From the Team page you disable or remove them, and their access stops immediately.

Question 51

How do I subscribe to a paid plan?

Accepted Answer

On the Plans page in your account, choose a plan and pay online; your subscription is activated once the payment gateway confirms the payment. You can also activate with a code from our team, or contact us from the Contact page and we help you pick a plan.

Question 52

Is there direct online payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, inside the platform from the Plans page. You pay once for the subscription period and nothing is charged automatically afterwards; the subscription is activated once the payment gateway confirms.

Question 53

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Your current subscription ends at the end of its term unless you renew it, so there is no surprise charge.

Question 54

What happens when my subscription ends?

Accepted Answer

Sending and automated replies stop, and your data and conversations remain saved. Everything returns as it was the moment you renew.

Question 55

What if I exceed my message limit?

Accepted Answer

Sending stops until the next cycle begins or you upgrade your plan. You can track your usage from the home page.

Question 56

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No refunds after the paid period begins. That is exactly why we offer a full free trial beforehand — try it first.

Question 57

Will price changes affect my current subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Any price change does not apply to your subscription until it ends, and we notify you at least 30 days in advance.

Question 58

How does the referral programme work?

Accepted Answer

You have your own referral code. Anyone who takes a paid subscription through it earns you a commission, shown on the Referrals page.

Question 59

When can I withdraw my commission?

Accepted Answer

Once you reach the minimum threshold shown on the Referrals page. You submit a withdrawal request with your transfer details, and it is reviewed before approval.

Question 60

Can I refer myself?

Accepted Answer

No. Self-referral or fake accounts void the commission and may lead to account suspension.

Question 61

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

We encrypt data in transit, encrypt your account connection data at rest, and strictly isolate every customer's data so no account can reach another's. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Question 62

Do you read my messages?

Accepted Answer

No. Processing is fully automated and no team member reads your conversations in the normal course. An authorised person may access specific data only when diagnosing a fault you reported, or where legally required.

Question 63

Are my messages used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Your message content and your customers' messages are not used to train any model, nor for our marketing.

Question 64

Who owns my data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your contacts, conversations and business information are yours, and we use them for one purpose only: running the service for you.
