Link and Manage WhatsApp Numbers

Link your WhatsApp numbers and manage them from one place

Try Now

Every WhatsApp number you link becomes a device in your dashboard. You see its connection status live, and set the bot settings and daily send cap for each number. Linking is a QR scan from your phone, with no approval process.

How it works

  1. Add a device

On the Devices page, click Add device and a code appears.

  2. Scan the code

Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings, then Linked devices, choose Link a device and scan.

  3. Choose the bot mode

In the number's bot settings choose: off, ready rules only, AI only, or a mix of both.

Limits

  • QR linking uses a regular WhatsApp number, not Meta's business platform. The official link through Meta is available as an add-on to your plan (see «Official WhatsApp»).
  • Your phone needs to reach the internet now and then. If it stays offline for long, WhatsApp ends the link and you scan again.
  • We cannot guarantee WhatsApp will not restrict your number. That decision is WhatsApp's alone; the platform lowers the risk with the daily cap and warm-up.

Frequently asked questions

Does my phone need to stay online?

Not all the time, but it needs to reach the internet now and then. If it stays offline for long, WhatsApp ends the link and you need to scan again.

Why did my device disconnect?

The usual reasons: the phone stayed offline for a long time, the link was removed from the phone, or WhatsApp restricted the number. The Devices page shows each number's status with a retry button.

Should I use my personal number or a separate one?

A dedicated business number is better. It keeps your private chats apart from customers and protects your personal number.

When do I need warm-up?

Warm-up raises a new number's activity gradually instead of starting with a sudden burst, which is the pattern that draws attention from protection systems. It helps most for new numbers or ones you have not used for a while.
