    In the Business Profile, add your products with names, prices and photos, or import them at once from an Excel or CSV file. A Salla store syncs on its own.

  2. Link WhatsApp

    On the Devices page, scan the QR code from your phone. Linking takes a minute.

  3. Turn on in-chat selling

    If you want, the bot sends the customer a payment link or transfer details and receives the receipt photo, and you confirm the payment.

Limits

  • Product photos are sent on WhatsApp only. On Instagram the reply is text.
  • There is no stock counter: the bot knows a product from your catalog. When something sells out, edit or remove it so the bot stops offering it.
  • Automatic delivery is for digital products only, after you confirm payment yourself. Orders for physical products and services are received without automatic delivery.
  • Order sync and order status with the store are available for Salla only for now. With other platforms you add products manually or from a file.
